Fees & Expenses

Rates:

Rates are $2,500/half day and $5,000/full day.

Cancellation:

If the session is cancelled more than fifteen (15) business days in advance of the mediation, the full retainer will be refunded. If it is cancelled ten (10) business days before the mediation, 50% of the retainer will be refunded. If cancelled two (2) or fewer business days before the mediation, the retainer will not be refunded.
